KA151-Being Young in the Digital Age and Transforming World

Within the scope of the Erasmus+ Youth Accreditation KA151 project supported by the Turkish National Agency and carried out by the Bülbülzade Foundation, a youth meeting was held in Skopje, North Macedonia with the title of "Being Young in the Digital Age and Transforming World".

At the meeting, 7 leaders and 36 young people, a total of 43 participants, including "How does social media affect the lives of young people?", "What are the positive and negative effects of it?", "Why are the concepts of ethics and responsibility important for young people in the digital age?", "Which digital ethical rules should we follow?", "Why is digital literacy important for you as a youth?", "In which areas do you need to develop digital literacy as a youth?", "In which areas do you need to develop innovative skills?" Topics such as "21st Century Skills" and "Adaptation of Youth to Civil Society Work" were discussed.

The event hosted by the Köprü Association operating in North Macedonia included participants from the Köprü Association and Bülbülzade Foundation as well as the project partners BEKAM, Bilimder, Green Hope Association and Mosaic Association.

Within the scope of the program between 11-20 July 2023, trips were organized to the countries of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Kosovo and Albania, which are neighbors of North Macedonia, as well as various cultural activities.

The youth meeting ended with the presentation of YouthPass certificates and participant documents to the participants.

The project, supported by the Turkish National Agency and funded by the European Commission, will be completed after local dissemination activities.
